On 2 June 1994, an RAF Chinook helicopter - ZD 576 - crashed on a remote hillside on the Mull of Kintyre, Scotland.
All 29 people on board died, including some of the UK’s most senior intelligence experts and four Special Forces crew. But many questions remain unanswered, which is why the #ChinookJustice Campaign was formed in 2024. Most of the families affected by the crash are involved. We demand a public inquiry to establish the truth and the full circumstances surrounding the accident. We want the UK Government and Ministry of Defence to unlock the papers which have been sealed for 100 years. Why have they been sealed for such a long time? What is there to hide? Who is being protected? It’s long past time for answers. www.chinookjusticecampaign.co.uk/ Comments are closed.
