Devastating cuts for some of most vulnerable children in England is not what I expect from Labour10/23/2025
Video emerges of Deputy PM,Defence Secretary & other Ministers BACKING compensation for Nuclear Vets10/21/2025
On 2 June 1994, an RAF Chinook helicopter - ZD 576 - crashed on a remote hillside on the Mull of Kintyre, Scotland.
All 29 people on board died, including some of the UK’s most senior intelligence experts and four Special Forces crew. But many questions remain unanswered, which is why the #ChinookJustice Campaign was formed in 2024. Most of the families affected by the crash are involved. We demand a public inquiry to establish the truth and the full circumstances surrounding the accident. We want the UK Government and Ministry of Defence to unlock the papers which have been sealed for 100 years. Why have they been sealed for such a long time? What is there to hide? Who is being protected? It’s long past time for answers. www.chinookjusticecampaign.co.uk/ The ECHR is much more than a treaty. It’s a quiet promise - a shield against abuse of power, a lifeline for the vulnerable, a declaration of who we are as a nation. In an age of upheaval and division, we must not let it be torn up for political convenience - if you agree please support Liberty’s vital work to protect it.
Why is the Labour government allowing one of the most CRUEL, INHUMANE & MONUMENTAL INJUSTICES of the past half-century to continue?
If you are yet not familiar with this appalling scandal watch this jaw dropping update. We cannot wait for the next ITV drama to end this scandal. As video emerges of the Deputy Prime Minister, Defence Secretary & Armed Forces Minister BACKING compensation for nuclear test veterans in opposition, veterans call on Keir Starmer to meet with them & honour the commitment made.
Liberty took the UK government to court to defend the right to protest – and WON
The Court of Appeal has ruled anti-protest laws which completely ignored the will of Parliament are UNLAWFUL It could have big implications for protesters in the UK – including those who have already been jailed Hundreds of people who were simply trying to make their voices heard should now get their convictions overturned and even more should have their cases thrown out of the criminal justice system. Our ability to speak out on important issues is fundamental to a functioning democracy. Liberty’s victory must be a springboard for Labour to start protecting everyone’s right to protest. The governments defeat sends a powerful message that parliamentary democracy exists to make sure a government can’t just do whatever it wants. That must be respected - and that includes by this government. Will the Prime Minister now do the right thing & scrap these unlawful regulations which he opposed in opposition? CAMPAIGN FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE is proud to have supported Liberty’s case |
